2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville Station
With each swirl, classic Oakville aromas of cassis, clove and earthy red fruits lift out of your glass. Comforting aromas of mocha and coffee are also at play here. A hint of toastiness on the velvety palate enhances the complex medley of dark fruit and earthy flavors. Integrated tannins support the ripe fruit core and linger on the finish. We think this pairs beautifully with savory mushroom dishes, lamb lollipops, or a grilled ribeye steak.
