Full bodied and concentrated in color with classic Calistoga aromas of coffee, vanilla, and toasted oak. Dark and brooding on the palate, first sip offers ripe black cherries with complex layers of dark chocolate, and toasty vanilla. Full bodied and lush, the supple mouthfeel of dried plums and cherries lingers on the palate. The finish is loaded with seductive red and blue fruit flavors with a touch of dried tobacco, spice, and ripe blackberries.
