2004 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This recently discovered gem has been hiding in the back of the Cornerstone Library. Aromatically it is a complex symphony of dark summer fruit that suggests a warm blackberry tart, with just a hint of cedar and fresh tobacco. Soft and supple, the core is both luscious and savory. With each swirl and a little time in the glass, the flavors evolve from black cherry and black licorice to dried herb and vanilla. This a demonstration of the age-ability of Napa Valley Cabernet.
